Harris Mazoudier is the founder of VenueFlow and a restaurant operations leader with hands-on management experience in high-volume hospitality environments. His background is grounded in the practical realities of restaurant performance — service, operational control, labour use, people development, food safety, profitability, and the use of reporting metrics to identify gaps and drive action. He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration and holds a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
